Range of "nearby" on the Cluster Jewel Notable Eye to Eye

How does the Cluster Jewel Notable Eye to Eye interact with totems?
I have a friend playing an Ice Spear Totem build and we're trying to figure out how large the range of "nearby" on said Notable is.
We've looked into PoB and PoeDB for info and tested ingame for some sort of visual indicator but no dice.

Does anyone happen to know how large the range is?
