Ambush and Assassinate passive and Storm brand

Hellow, i have question about Ambush and Assassinate passive and Strom brand, i cannot find information what i need. Here is the question:

In description of Ambush and Assassinate says - "15% more Damage with Hits and Ailments against Enemies that are on Low Life". If i use Storm Brand, my storm brand also will deal 15% more damage with hits (when it activates) against enemies that are on low life? Against all enemies or only agains enemy to which it is attached?

Generally: 15% more damage with the first hit it deals to all enemies. Any subsequent hits won't gain the 15% more.

Note: "the first hit" in this context refers to any hit against an enemy that is on Full Life. Monsters may not actually be on Full Life when receiving the first hit that your Storm Brand can deal, such as if your other skills, your minions, or your party members deal damage to an enemy before your Storm Brand does.
