Character keeps commiting suicide

Hello
I am playing a summon witch and skeletons. It just now started as I was playing through the campaign that my character immediately just dies. The message said that my character commits suicide. I don't have any type of mana flask or CI or anything else that would cause any life loss. Any ideas? Last bumped on Aug 19, 2021, 5:06:32 PM

Ah. It's the Heartbound Loop ring. The damage triggers whenever any of your minions expire. And you're using Summon Raging Spirit, those expire after 5 seconds.

Omg I can't believe I didn't see that. I looked at all my equipment too, to check for stuff like that.

Hmm, I just thought of a Heartbound Loop question. If you have it equipped and unsummon Skitterbots, does the damage trigger? It would make for a unique mechanic to force CWDT. You can unsummon and instantly resummon.
Answer
It does the full 700 physical damage, but reservation skills have a CD. SS's is 1s, so it isn't as simple as a double click to trigger CWDT but still viable if at the steep price of a ring slot and 1s inconvenience/no SS. At least it's instant cast.
