Rog shows what he wants to remove - but its bugged?

The new color is cool and stuff, but it definetly shows the wrong modifier on this ring, does it? It wants to remove the 2 Mods with the lowest modifier value. As far as i know these are the lowest tiers of mods present on the Item. So it should remove the T7 life Reg (which it does) and the T4 mana instead of the T1! Life. This is extremely sad, because this could have been a sick Ring.

Am I missing something or is it bugged indeed?

its based off ilvl the mod can spawn not tier.
so not a bug.
