Characters and achievements not showing on the site

I've only played one league back in 2019, but I am also playing currently, and may play next league as well. As such, I thought I'd check my Characters tab. There's nothing there though, and there doesn't appear to be a way to link anything?
They used to be there, back in 2019. Did something change? How would I link them now? I'm also not sure how to link achievements or supporter pack status on the forms. I mainly ask because I thought about joining a guild and it is a requirement. I'm playing currently on the PS5. Last bumped on Aug 18, 2021, 6:36:19 AM

You've logged into a different account.
Log out of the website, and then log back into it using the Playstation Network button. GGG do not offer first-party Technical Support.
