Berek's and Abberath's "Inflict an equivalent ignite on each nearby enemy" not working

FIRST BUG:

When you have Ignite Proliferation (such as via Ignite Prolif support gem) the infliction spread by Abberath's and Berek's no longer function.

Here is another video showing when I link Ignite Proliferation support, demonstrating how it should (and previously did with Ignite Prolif pre 3.15) behave:

You can see the proliferation from the support gem appears, but killed enemies do not spread the ignite.

SECOND BUG:

This one was hardest to test but it appears the 3.15 nerf to Berek's respite infliction radius has also affected Abberath's Hooves:
"The Berek’s Respite unique ring now has a radius at which it can spread ailments to other enemies of 20 units (previously 25). This affects all versions of the item."

I am not 100% sure on this one as it's 20 vs 25 radius which makes it hard to ascertain. But my estimates from testing align to about 20 radius.
