Can't connect steam account

How do you play usually? Looks like you're posting on an empty account.

If you usually play through Steam, log out of this account and back in using the green "Sign in through Steam" button to the right of the login page.

You can make any changes you need to from there using the Manage Connections page. Try adding an email address to your Steam Path of Exile account to play using both the Steam and standalone clients.

Hi there, Evoblade2000! To clarify, if you would like to create a new Path of Exile account through the Steam game client, your Steam ID will used to create the account, not an email address.

If you create a Path of Exile account through the standalone game client, or through the website, an email address will be used to create the account.

If you already have a Path of Exile account linked to an email address, you can add a Steam ID to that existing account here:

https://www.pathofexile.com/my-account/connections

If you already have a Steam Path of Exile account, you should be able to log in using the green 'Sign in through Steam' button on the log in page and use the above Manage Connections link to add an email address to the account.
