Lightning Warp disrupts 'Stationary' effects.

"Lightning Warp allow the player to always remain stationary" (c) Wiki

In practice when casted:
1. Grasping Vines - break
2. Soul of Tukohama pantheon's stationary bonus - lost
3. Expansive Might cluster node's AoE bonus - lost

It's highly likely that Arctic Armour's stationary effect is lost too,
but this cannot be checked in stat window so needs further testing.

Should this be reported as bug?
Honestly, what the heck?

Best Regards

No, it's not a bug. I remember someone at GGG (Mark, probably), gave an explanation. Long story short, while using a Travel skill you are neither Stationary not Moving for the sake of those bonus.

Actually, I've found one of Mark_GGG's statement on the matter: both on the "No, it's not a bug it's a feature" and on the "what does Moving mean, then" questions. I'll quote 'em here:

If you are moving, at all, in any way, then by definition you are not stationary. This includes movement by walking, movement skills like Leap Slam, or being knocked back by enemies.

If you move instantly by teleporting with a skill, then since the move takes no time, there is no point in time at which you are not getting "while stationary" bonuses, but because you were not continuously stationary (you did move), the Soul of Tukohama effect will be reset.

If it's actually "in place", such that you don't move at all, then yes, because you never move. If you move, then you're moving.

There are no exceptions to this system. There is no special handling for any skills, whatsoever, with ragerd to whether you're stationary or not.

If your character's position in the level does not change, then you haven't moved, and were stationary. If it changes - for any reason - you moved, and were not continously stationary over that time. If it's currently changing, you are currently moving (and therefore not stationary).

What skills you are using are completely irrelevant to this system - all that matters is a change, or lack thereof, in where you are.

Poor wording dude, feels bad AF. Movement of arm while casting or movement of hips while stretching - both can be done stationary... you know what I mean? I wish GGG could add "whilst standing still" to those mechanics that apply to teleportation skills. Yet another build project ruined. Sadge

Wait does this confirms that Arctic Armour provides no mitigation bonus when warping?

No. The relevatn detail has already been quoted earlier in this thread:

Intant teleportation moves you, but takes no time to do so, so there is no point in time at which you are moving. You go instantly from stationary in one place to stationary in another place.

This is more than a year later but. If you see this just to confirm.

Expansive Might, the notable from a cluster jewel that reads.

While stationary, gain 10% increased Area of Effect every second, up to a maximum of 50%

Let's say I play Lightning Warp, and I just spam it everywhere. It will never be up to 50% since I teleport every second? It will go up to 10%, I will teleport, it will reset and go back to 10% right away when I land pretty much?
Yes Oxmo, it will keep resetting as while you are always stationary, you moved (coordinates in this case), I imagine they just compared positions per frame and if they are identical = stationary, different = moved.
