Video driver crash upon logging onto character.

Hi. 10/08/2021 I've started to experience a weird behaviour of my GPU involving Path of Exile.

My specs are:
Ryzen 5 5600X
Nvidia GeForce 1650 Super
SAMSUNG EVO 860 SSD (PoE folder is here)
B550M Aorus Elite Motherboard
Corsair CX 550 PSU
32 GB RAM

Initially, the video driver would just randomly crash (monitor image would cut off, although i would still hear the game/youtube on background going). The fans at GPU are going at 100% at this point and the screen is black.

There is a bunch of errors in the windows event log.

Things I've tried so far to diagnose the problem:

Updated my Windows/Nvidia drivers to the latest versions - didn't help

Monitored the temperatures of CPU/GPU during playing - under 60 degrees celsius.

DDU uninstalled video drivers in safemode and installed older driver version - made it worse, crashing occurs reliably on attempting to log in onto character instead of randomly every hour or so.

Reseated GPU and RAM - didn't help.

Ran memcheck - no issues.

Reinstalled PoE including deletion of config folder - didn't help.

Switched texture quality to medium and renderer to directx 11 - didn't help.

Ran PackCheck - got nothing.

Ran FuMark on fairly harsh setting for 30 minutes to check GPU stability - no crashes.

At this point i'm stuck. Crushing doesn't occur when the system is idling/running other games so i'm fairly certain that it's PoE triggering something.

I'm posting this and also sending an email to techsupport@grindinggear.com with my dxdiag attached.

Hey.

I'm not sure what your goals are for the forum thread.

GGG's support team typically process support requests received via e-mail independently of any forum threads which may exist. Omitting pertinent information such as the Windows Event Log errors & the DxDiag does kneecap the potential of others being able to help you effectively here.

It's up to you whether you would prefer to deal with staff exclusively or work with members of the community to find a solution, but the latter isn't practical with so little information provided.
Imagine the lack of introspection that would be required to spend your spare time telling people they’ve posted in the wrong section of some company's forum, only to then try accusing someone else of brown-nosing.
I am sorry if the intention was unclear. I wasn't really aware of the process trough which requests go.

Here's my DxDiag https://pastebin.com/mMGW6NQr
I'm not really sure in which form I can post event errors, other than another pastebin so: https://pastebin.com/Y5zfTxzH ; error at 8:23:51 is a typical start of the crash, for example. Critical that comes shortly after is me pressing hard reset button.
EDIT - Apparently, clean reinstall of windows and old driver (456.71), allowed for approx. 3 hours gameplay without crashes, but then it started again
