The truth is... this game just got boring...

-Don't care about nerfs, been playing this game since open beta and i'm used to it. League wise, i have probably miss 1 or 2, number 3 is this league.

-They keep pumping out cosmetics instead of fixing or adding some QOL stuff. Don't want to enumerate but when i say splinters, you should get the idea. I understand, this is a business now, but when they got bought by a Chinese company, well money talks. Why would they care? They have the money now, it's their game, who stands to lose ? Not Chris.

- Why do streamers still play? Obviously it's their job.

-Yes, this game got boring for ME, hoping for POE 2 to be better!

Actually, poe2 tend to be even more like this. So no hopes here at all. Those changes are to test how poe2 will be met by community, it seems. We all see the results alrdy.

Its been boring for me before. I skip leagues when I'm not feeling them. I skipped this one. I worry that there wont be any builds left for 40 somethings like me. I play summoners every league as its basically the only thing that lets me see the content and I always have liked necro/pet classes. BTT they get done "fixing" their game to their liking I wonder if there will be any builds left that can beat the game w/ out being a full time job.

Making it harder wont make it more fun for me.. Id like some new powerful toys to play with though.

I dont hate this league but I could tell straight away that it wasnt for me. Boring, clunky and needless tedium added onto an already at times tedious game, coupled with more nerfs and no "sexy" to help wash it down

I just quit in the first week =))...

I reached maps and that's it...

The game feels weird , I cannot find a build that fits my style, I have to play like crazy with the only thing in mind "Chaos per hour" to actually afford 60-70 exalted gear to get random one shotted in some stupid bulked map.

Enough is enough.

Hard mode is coming, don't know when but chris said its not too hard to implement. maybe you will like that better.

It's not that it's boring as a whole. If that was the case you would naturally stop playing without telling anyone.

My issue is after so many nerfs skills are really in a bad place. redesigned bow skills are horrible (over many leagues). Meaning it's pointless to pick up Bow equipment. Same with items related to other now nerfed into the ground skills.

So that has compounded the issue that the "endgame" is such a grind. Because you are playing the same skill all.....the.....time.

So that in the long run makes the game boring to play.

Not gonna lie, been playing since CB, and lately I've been playing less.
Now,I'm not on the anti nerfs team, and I still love the genre and the game itself with all its flaws, but I need something fresh.

Sure, each leagues gives us something newish and interesting but at the end of the day it's still the same game. Even if you like bread, eating it every day without variation will get you to get bored of it.

I sure hope POE 2 will give it a freshness, at least a new story will definitely be a plus for me. Anything really, just something that makes you feel like playing POE but something new at the same time.

Being a person that gets bored easily, I surely stretched it out with this game; hope I can keep it up 'cause I've no other alternatives in the genre (already done with those long ago).

I have 0 hopes for poe 2.

Almost all their work goes into a new campaign which is the most irrelevant part of this game...

I beg to differ. Lore and story are important to the atmosphere. Maybe I'm just weird, but without stories, games just seem dead to me.
