Sheet Block Chance is less than what it should be or am I cooked?

My question has been answered thanks to seaman. Stoic Focus is conditional and requires me to channel then in POB, it computes all stats as if you are channeling if your main skill is a channeling skill. It clearly states that in the "Channeling" checkbox under Configuration.

Sheet block chance is less than what it should be based on passives taken from passive tree, ascendency, and cluster jewels. Sheet attack and spell block is only 65% but it should be 74%.


Dual Wield base block chance: 15

Passive skills taken: (Total: 34)
Swagger: 10
Blade Barrier: 11
Brutal Blade: 10
Dervish: 3

Ascendency: (Total: 4)
(Not including Painforged in computation since it requires that I am hit.)
Small node before Painforged: 2
Small node before Versatile Combatant: 2

Cluster Jewels: (Total: 21)
Stoic Focus on an Attack block small cluster jewel: 4
Stoic Focus on an Attack block small cluster jewel: 4
Stoic Focus on a Channeling medium cluster jewel: 3
Deadly Repartee: 5
Deadly Repartee: 5


I am curious to know if the game actually considers that I only have 65% block chance because I keep getting hit way more often than when I played this last league. I would've tested removing passives to see which ones don't calculate properly but I don't have a lot of currency to test this.

Hope someone can tell me if I am doing something wrong or if I am missing something. I only noticed this when I imported my character in POB which also calculates that I should have 74% block chance.
