Leper's Alms for elemental ailments removal

So far is very efficient on my gladiator running Spectral Helix and counterattacks. Even foreseeable freeze(like in delve) can be solved. Can try it if you have a fast and delayed attack(like Spectral Helix, Spectral throw and Cobra Lash etc), and running an ailment build(mostly poison) is best to fit this shield's attribute.
