"Failed to save captured monster" - moving itemized fenumal plagued arachnid to bestiary failed

Purchased an itemized fenumal plagued arachnid from another player. Attempted to add the beast to my bestiary from the Menagerie. Item disappeared from inventory, with the chat message "This Beast has been successfully added to your Bestiary." Approximately ten seconds later, received a chat message "Failed to save capture monster: The operation timed out."

The itemized beast is gone, it does not appear in my bestiary.

Bug report reference number is 1,936,359,402.

Same happened with Saqawal, First of the Sky. Nice, bought that beast, right click it and poof, currency gone to the toilet... I'm glad they are cheap..

After messing around, I tried re-creating a new instance of the Menagerie and typing the /recheck_achievement command in the chat and my beast is now available in the Menagerie. But, there was no message about it, it just got added to the list of captured beast silently.

The tip suggested by @bigtoaster64 above works; the beast appears in my Menagerie after creating a new instance and rechecking achievements.

I just had this bug happen to me twice now and the above method to resolve it did not work for me.

Same for me and I'm poor, cya currency, just cause of a bug....

And second try failed, another stack of chaos wasted. Please GGG, do something about it, I really need this mod on my ring !!!! At least fix the bug if you can't give me the recipee back !!
