" There isn't any. Some 3 party software on your PC is doing this or you have problems with your drive / access right..... Last edited by HanSoloDK#4843 on Aug 8, 2021, 11:24:11 AM

" Yes there is a auto cache clean up. I get a big notification every time i launch a game "CACHE CLEAN UP IN PROGRESS" which last 2-3sec and my cache is gone. |

" Hmm, there isn't any ingame options for this so either you have something "put into" your config file doing this or PoE detects that shader cache files are "corrupted" and therefor deletes them. So try moving your production_Config.ini file to another location and see if it happens again. If it still happens, then you need to check the health of your harddisc and the access rights to that folder. Last edited by HanSoloDK#4843 on Aug 8, 2021, 12:11:17 PM

I reinstalled my game 3 days ago so everything is fresh, i didnt "put" anything in my config file.
Im not using any 3 party soft that can cause this. None of my friends have this problem so i really dont know what to do. |

" You can't be sure that reinstalling your game made a new config file since this is placed in your windows profile folder. Please try it. If it still dosn't work, you need to check the health of your drive and the windows file access right to the shader cache folder. |

" i tried to delete my config file and it doesn't help. Not sure what to do about that windows access file you mentioned. I dont think my ssd is the problem, everythink works fine including POE after cache folder is build again after some time of playing. |

" try e-mailing GGG support then and ask what triggers this "auto deletion". Else things to try is --> chkdsk c: /f And checking file access on the folder. You could also try starting PoE as "an administrator". |

GGG are not currently offering email Technical Support, due to limited staff resources.
I think the problem strated with 3.14.3 patch where ggg removed clear cache button and made it clear once every league launch. |
