Expedition: Explosions Unable to Be Placed in Areas of Logbook

When loading into an expedition logbook, I was unable to place explosives in a large portion of the map. This particular area had 3 entrances, all of which I tried placing through.

Even after routing explosives to the hidden/blocked off area adjacent to the inaccessible region, explosives were still unable to be placed inside said region.

You can't place the explosives near the tent of the NPCs and on your map the layout failed by placing the tent to close to the entrane of the area. It can happen like this. Best way to fix this would be to remove the non-explosion area completly in my opinion.
