High Ping to my local server

Since the past weekend I have been getting an average of 150 ping while in my hideout on the Australian server, in the past I would always sit around 20 ping. When entering some zones it will go down to 20 ping again like normal but this is only for about a third of the new zones I enter. On the login screen I'm getting the same ping to Singapore server (150) that I am to Australia, and even Texas US servers is only at 200 ping.

I have tried updating all my drivers, network resetting, checking firewalls.

I have been playing this game for many years and only encountered this problem in the past week

Update: I have downloaded ExitLag and it appears to be working, is there any alternative to using this program? A VPN that would be cheaper? or something free even?

Make sure no VPN is active while WinMTR is running.
