Spectres Summoner. Carrion Golem vs Stone Golem

Hi guys, I'm playing SO spectres through full cold damage convert. I'm interested in question of what golem type is better for that build. If I have 4 spectres (skill gem level 25), is their level (77) and Unending Hunger jewel enough to use carrion golem to increase their damage or they are still very fragile and require more health and a stone golem. Can you please type here +- close number for both cases because it seems that I don't use POB correctly to check the difference. There is written that my spectres deal 24-26k dmg...
