Chilling presence

Hi,
I wonder if the chilling presence (cluster jewel notable) that provides a chill-like aura (as per the wiki) is indeed an aura (with tag "aura"), and as such benefits from aura modifiers (effectiveness, range, etc...). Thanks, in advance. Regards. Last bumped on Jul 31, 2021, 10:50:00 AM

And not a chill-like aura but aura-like chill effect |

To my knowledge only elemental/cold ailment effect can scale the chill.

I would assume it's counted as an aura, but it is not a skill and wouldn't benefit from any skill-aura passives. Ichimonji likely would affect it though.
