How will the damage over time count when I cast exsanguinate & reap at an enemy?

We know that Exsanguinate dot can stack up to three times.
So can these two skills stack with each other?
Will the dot 3 * Exsanguinate + reap or something?

Wanna try arcanist brand linked with these two skills, just need the information.

Yes, they are different skills and Exsanguinate damage is independent of Reap damage.

Just like ED deals its own damage and Bane, Contagion, Blight, Soulrend, etc deal their own.
