For the delve "Drop Only" modifiers:

In my experience, I'm about 80% sure that they'll always drop identified, and will only drop from special Delve node chests (e.g. "Contains Fire Items").

they drop only from chests in specialized delve nodes. they say ie "Contains Fire items", etc
