Terrible Frame MS spikes

Dear GGG Technical Support,

My apology for disturbing you with my issue. I am currently experiencing terrible and unstable fps. I have been having this problem for a couple of months. I've tried changing settings, watching and reading some sources on how to improve performance but nothing helped. I ran out of ideas and that's why I decided to contact you to ask if you can help with advice how to solve this problem in case it can be solved.

There's a link (1) with an in-game screenshot and DxDiag System info (2).

Best regards,

Sergei Kabanov

Exact same problem here, fps drops into single digits, constant stuttering especially when ecnountering league content. Specs are i5-10600k, GTX 1050 ti, 32gb ddr4 ram. Rolled back drivers, installed them back up, tried fiddling with windows updates that according to some people caused performance problems, lowered my performance to absolute minimum, still no dice. Absolutely ran out of ideas.
I am starting to think my I5-2500k has met its match, for the most part it is fine, until a large influx of enemies spawn out of thin air. It is pretty annoying going from a steady 30 fps to single digits because every other league mechanic has a feature of enemies spawning out of no where.

This is why I stopped playing PoE the last 2 leagues, the amount of monsters spawning in such a short period of time. Like during ultimatum it was so bad, there were 2 outcomes, I either died nearly instantly during any ultimatum encounter or my framerate was indefinitely at sub 10 fps, and for poe that is not much to work with. Would be nice if there was something I could do to get better CPU performance without having to spend $500 but out of the various things I have tried nothing does much, very minor differences really.

I think it's more your integrated graphics than the cpu.
Press F1 in-game and during your regular mapping while killing mobs, take a screenshot or two.

P.S. do NOT listen to those other posts saying they fixed their crap with random third party softwares, every one of them will be back within short period of time complaining they bricked their pc by playing poe when in reality it's the any number of random ''wonder'' softwares. Again, do not install any third party software that supposedly boosts performance.
No rest for the wicked.

Personally I have not had the opportunity to do many maps so far this league with the classic "cant figure out which skill I want to use, happens every league. But sitting idle I usually have ~45-50 fps. I do not exactly know what the new graphs even mean, but I can say the performance is pretty standard for poe these recent leagues. This is twilight strand's expedition from a few minutes ago. I havnt touched any nvidia settings or anything outside of the game client in a while so I could probably get something out of that but so far no matter what in-game setting i touch the performance doesnt budge much. Using DX11, pretty much everything on its lowest setting, lightning is shadows+GI, I would have shadows off it were still a thing. Vsync off, frame limited to 60. dynamic resolution and culling dont really seem to do all that much for my performance

Thank you everyone for your responses! I FORTUNATELY FOUND A SOLUTION! Software or settings manipulations didn't help, so I decided to upgrade my RAM as an experiment and it worked for it's the cheapest possible hardware upgrade!!! I increased my RAM from 8 gb to 16 gb and the difference was like between fire and ice. I don't encourage anybody to spend money and do the same as I did, but it may help as it helped me.

P.S.
I can get back to my favourite game at last.
