Can't start the game after the update today (3oth of July)

try starting the "command prompt" as "an administrator and then run the program.
Maybe first try to check your drive --> chkdsk c: /f assuming that PoE is on the C drive with your system.

I ran the packcheck.exe in command prompt - which was started with admin rights.

I also checked the drive where I have POE installed (its in C drive in my case), and found no errors.

then you will properly need to uninstall the game, then delete ALL the temp folder / profile folders and try installing it again.

GGG's way of using the content.ggpk file is making it defragment and become larger and larger.
They did a change some time ago to fix this, but it didn't.
Someone wrote a 3 party tool to fix this......

Ryzen 7 3700x, 16 gb 3200 ram, 5700 xt. Crashed sooo many times in game when opening new maps/zones. I don't think I will be doing this to my ssd too many times. No other games have this issue of course.
