How to make flask with enchantment "Used when you..."?

Hi there, sorry for dumb question but i saw flasks with one specific enchant, it saying "Used when you become shocked/frozen..." or "Used when you start bleeding". How i can craft them or what item i should use to roll this enchant ? Thx.

Read the patch notes. It's a new currency.

these things are a rare drop that will give you a random enchantment on a utility flask. use another to overwrite the current enchantment. theres another currency as well (which i dont have any atm - enkindling orb) that give different mods such as: |

So, how to remove enchantment mod?

" you have 'options' 1)overwrite it with more currency until you get an enchant you like 2)find a harvest flask enchant mod that depletes on use, and use it up. this should remove itself after its used up |
