Can't enter cruel Lab - you do not have the required quest state

Hi,
Can't enter the cruel lab after getting the 3 Trials of Ascendancy done (and re-done just to be sure). When trying to get into the Lab I get the message - You do not have the required quest state." Have I done something wrong ? My current char was migrated from SSF to regular expedition - is this the problem ? Please help! Last bumped on Jul 29, 2021, 1:46:40 PM

I did in SSF before the migration! Are you saying I need to redo normal lab ?
