Cannot make Chronicle of Atzoatl before completing All the Campaign acts?

Hi everyone, I happened to finish my alva incursions in act 10, however, I do not have the option available to make a Chronicle of Atzoatl for some reason. I searched the threads in the bug reports for anything similiar or the same, but could not find anything on this:



Is this an intended feature to not be able to make/stash the chronicles away until after completing the campaign? I would run this now but my character is still kinda undergeared for it, and wanted to start on a new incursion instance so I have more than 1 temple I can potentially run when reaching maps and hopefully have better gear to be able to more efficiently run them. Oh that's why, thanks, forgot about that. For some reason, I was thinking perhaps you could still make a chronicle beforehand, but that you wouldn't be able to run it until that was indeed unlocked, but again, I ask the question, why can't we at least make a chronicle if we've finished the Alva incursions anyhow so we can make a nother set of incursions?
