Oneshot through ES when you wear Shavronnes Wrappings

I use Shavronne and I have my lifepool reserved to 109 hp. Two days in the row I have mass deaths of me by these mobs with one hit (or one projectile)
Is there another monster's damage source, what can hit your life through ES?
Is this a bug or it was intended?

You can optionally choose to blow up a Remnant that has the modifier "Monsters Kill things with 20% or lower Life on Hit."

Therefore, if your maximum Life is anything more than 545 (which I'd presume it is if you're using Shavronne's Wrappings), this modifier will cause all hits from monsters to instantly kill you while you have lifepool reserved to 109 Life.

If you've died, you can check whether you accidentally chose to blow up this Remnant by mousing over the Expedition icon in the lower right corner of the screen (to the left of the "SHOP" button). It will display all active Remnants affecting the latest-spawned monsters, so you should be able to check for the "Monsters Kill things with 20% or lower Life on Hit." modifier.

If you have been choosing this Remnant, this is not a bug, and is intended.
