There is no longer any League mechanic in BA when farming for humility cards.
If this was intended I feel like it should have made it into the notes. Last bumped on Jul 28, 2021, 8:20:10 PM

Apparently, once you finish the campaign (and can do maps) on a single character, the league mechanic will not spawn anymore in campaign areas.

Yeah apparently it's been nerfed in 3.15 if you outlevel the zone they no longer spawn. Level cap is gone.
