Why have shimmeron's been untouched for so long?

So no matter wut if you deal a crit you start to take

200 Lightning Damage taken per second per Power Charge

So lets say you are dual wielding

You deal a crit

Okay so you have lets say 7 power charges

7 x 200 x 2 (dual wield) = 2,800 lightning damage per second

your Skills have dealt a Critical Strike Recently

So for 4 seconds

so 2800 -75% = 700 lightning damage taken per second for 4 seconds

If you run purity of lightning + have max res for lightning

2800 - 80% = 560 lightning damage taken per second for 4 seconds

I could probably make a post for nearly 90% of the boss uniques in this game that are so lack luster, not interesting, not a chase item, and none uses them....

Item rebalance needs to be addressed asap

It should be at max half of that damage....
