"Fettle" Jewels - Removed?

I need some confirmation.

Normally when I get Life cluster jewels, I always roll for Fettles per usual.

But for some reason they are not rolling at all like they should.

I know they added about 3 - 4 new life-based modifiers to the small cluster jewels. But Fettle never shows up anymore as of this new league and changes.

Anyone else having this issue?
Is the modifier now "Fated", like the 1-Slot/0-Slot Large Cluster Jewels?

"Energy From Naught" is another super popular one, and is still showing up as normal.

I know that hasnt been tampered with, yet.

are you using the correct ilvl cluster jewels? they need to be ilvl 75+. lower than that and you cant get fettle.

Correct, as I always farm them for cash.

Maybe I just have the worst luck as of this update.

Feels strange though, that it hasnt showed up yet.
