This is one purpose of the leagues... it's always been that way. They stated it somewhere, but can't bother to find their quote. Quite estute of you to notice.

Is not even beta test, is alpha, because beta usually is when the game is finished but need test for bugs and balance.
Is maybe POE2 the beta test for POE3? :V Full Harvest is besto waifu, give me 3.11 and/or 3.13 and take my money.
