[Text Update] Cluster jewels -> fire damage over time multiplier / and other passives

Medium cluster jewels with 4% fire damage over time multiplier got changed to 12% burning damage, the text from small nodes remains the old text.
"Fire Damage Over Time" should be "Burning Damage" now.   while I'm at it this one is also wrong.
