Can`t load The Slums Act 3 in Expedition

The title says it all. I cannot enter and load The Slums from Act 3 in the Expedition league. I tested the zone with a standard character and it loaded correctly, but the same doesn`t happen with the character of this new league.

The actual problem is endless loading and not CTD or disconnect. Its been 5 minutes and it is still loading. The game is in a SSD.

Found a solution. I created a new instance. The problem started the first time when I actually managed to load The Slums and ended up with 20000 latency. I closed the game because was still spiking. I believe the problem lies in closing the game with the ridiculous high spike, that instance probabilly cannot be loaded.
