Won't Launch 64bit

My client game client wont launch the 64 bit version.

I have a Steam version

Task manager shows PathOfExileSteam.exe NOT PathOfExile_x64Steam.exe

Manually running PathOfExile_x64Steam.exe has no effect.

Command line through steam has no effect, though I'm not certain of the correct command.

Renderer Shows Directx 11. Attempting to change this has no effect, however every time I do try and change it the game crashes.

Have deleted production_Config.ini has no effect.

I am certain the game is running the 32bit as I have an extremely noticeable performance drop.

The 32 bit executable has been completely removed, there is only 64 bit now.

PathOfExileSteam.exe is now the 64 bit executable, PathOfExile_x64Steam.exe is just a placeholder.

What graphics card do you have, and do you have the latest drivers from the manufacturer?
😹😹😹😹😹
I do not and will not use TFT.

GPU : NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960m

Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-6300HQ CPU @ 2.30GHz 2.30 GHz

RAM 8 GB

I have to play on low settings with 720p resolution which is fine however previously I was able to make it comfortably through act 1-3 without dynamic scaling, now I cant get 30 fps on the coast with 0 enemies

so something has changed in the last 3 months.

Both CPU and GPU is close to being to "small" to run PoE properly anymore.
One of the biggest changes in the last few months was this -->

So yeah the PoE client have undergone some serius changes in the last few months and this has also made a lot of new bugs in regards to hardware that people are using.
You can try to see if it help you to change to Vulcan.
