Kinda disagree. She´s still the way to go, and as far as I know it does respect metamods, doesn´t it? Having for example 3 done prefixes, craft prefixes cannot be changed, having a random suffix and you still can somewhat aim at what she´s removing.

Will still do syndicate for the white sockets.

You already couldn’t use Aisling with a benchcraft already on the item, so no. But we may still be able to chaos orb one veiled mod onto an item this way.

You´re right, but they now said that the veiled mods don´t count as crafted mods anymore. Guess we have to wait for path notes or test it out.

TBH reading into what few comments were made about Veiled Chaos orbs, I anticipate GGG is going to make them ignore meta mods (roll the whole item regardless of what’s crafted on it). That would be a simple fix towards their goal of guaranteeing a maximum one veiled mod per item as well.

That's one of the criticisms I have of GGG. Not flask nerfs, not gem nerfs, not monster scaling, not time taken to complete endgame, none of that popular stuff, no.

I hate lack of visibility on tooltips. Essences and Fossils still don't tell you they ignore metamods. While it may be obvious in retrospect that these crafting methods would be OP if they respected metamods, POE is known to be a game where you are generally rewarded with massive amounts of power for "clever" strategies, so a newer player can't be expected to know in advance that something will literally break stated rules without specifying so.
