Moved to Standard all progress gone

Hi I am new to POE this is my first season.

I started my first characters in Ultimatum. I just logged in and my characters were moved to the Standard League.

All my quests completion statuses are all gone, as well as all unlocked crafting recipes, stored horicrafting options, immortal syndicate progress, map device.

I quickly did the Officer Kirac map device quest and when I checked my atlas is blank as well as are all map crafting options that I had unlocked. All watch stones gone.

I tried go to the mine encampment and I get a "you do not have the required quest state" message.

Jun, Niko, Einhar are now removed from my hideout.

I did have a temple run all ready to go and Alva is still in my hideout, ready to open the way.

How do I get all the work from my first play through of the game back?

Please advise.

Ok just found the patch notes tread. Problem solved, waiting on the rest of the migration.

From my game, Kirac and Zana are gone. All my crafts are gone. It says to talk to Kirac in Oriath but I can't access Oriath.
