Will you use the new flasks with automatic triggers?
I certainly will, acquiring an instilling orb will be my top priority. I especially want the "use when charges are full" trigger or what I call the automatic piano trigger :) This is by far the change I look forward to the most. I would have never played a pathfinder in the past, now will that be my main. As long as instilling orbs aren't extremely expensive is this the biggest quality of life improvement in a long time. " Oh, there is a condition like that ? Very interesting indeed. Alas, we can't really predict the rarity of the orb though... |

I will, eventually. In the current game I get to the final flasks and roll them to get the combinations of attributes I want, then max quality and I'm done. Now I'll have to do that twice, so that I can fight through the added rng of the trigger or enhancement while I continue to play. I probably won't bother applying any of the new currency until final flasks.
Edit: I doubt I'll ever use a trigger related to it being full. Charges are going to be slower to accumulate and immunities can only be applied when affected, so having a auto trigger related to a condition like frozen etc. will be much more useful imo. Hopefully the drop will be enough so I can enter red maps with full setup.

China solution to flask :
Allowing in-game macro to control exactly what you want to do. Press 1 button to use all flask or still use some flask manualy ... let player do like they want. No buff, no nerf, just QoL. GGG solution : Nerfing flask, nerfing charge, changing how flask work, remove non stop aliment immunity etc ... yep. |

" An in-game macro would have been such an simple yet elegant solution to piano play, I bet most players would dismiss any reasonable nerfs to flasks. Instead they went all in on there philosophy and we got what we got :( Last edited by ViolateTheDead#7880 on Jul 19, 2021, 12:00:09 PM

Nobody liked Flask Piano. And frankly, an "endgame" build going from 2M Shaper/Sirus/Maven DPS with flasks off to 10M boss DPS with flasks on is a fantastic sign that flasks were drastically overpowered and badly needed reigning in.
These changes aregood changes, people. You'll be fine, and now you'll have more ways than ever to customize your build to do what you want it to. Will it cost? Sure. Always does in path of Exile. But it'll be cheap, and it'll be cooler than Flask Piano ever was. And cooler than a lame "One-Key Flask Piano" would've been, to boot. She/Her

Will I use the trigger flasks? Absolutely. That's one of the best changes in the manifesto.

I think most people will want auto setups with maybe one flask that you press for some super power. It all kind of depends on the mods you get from these new items.
