Oohh.. Look at that!
I assume Triad wont be good since the Reaper causes bleeding so need to do/scale physical damage?

Triad works 100% for conversion, bleeding has nothing to do with it.

Only thing i'm not sure about is does he attacks minions or just plainly consumes them.
The idea is if I convert his damage to elemental Golems will be immune to his attack/spell. But if he consumes them ignoring ele immunity, then I will have to make different approach. Either leave it like that so golems are on rotation or go for the phys scaling. We'll see. I'll test it as soon 3.15 starts in Standard.
Might even switch to Necro if this turns sour, but i will need some time to test stuff.

RIP no more ele immunity for elementalist :(

Also, how are you getting EE on your minions? Per the keystone mechanics it doesn’t apply to minions unless explicitly stated. It probably would be okay even if your golems did get consumed as they would be resummoned 4 seconds later (and you’re only using them for clear).

Agree that there’s still a lot up in the air now, but the dev’s intention was to make this a single minion-focused build, with the expectation that any minions summoned would eventually be consumed (per Chris Wilson in the Q&A), so I’m about 90% confident the consume will be a automatic deletion mechanic (like consuming corpses, going with the dev’s necromancer theme), bypassing any on-hit or damage mitigation effects. Otherwise, you could apply this to spectres or animate guardians which were intended to stay dead if reaper is used.

The behavior will likely be similar to the mechanic used by the aukuna’s will unique gloves, which make zombies count as corpses (and thus can be consumed).

Patch notes are so fcked up i have no idea anymore...

Tnx for the pointers <3
Torstein makes build. G3 Iron likes. I was hoping someone I trust was also trying out the Reaper!

Mark has posted a little bit about the mechanics of the Reaper's consuming abilities on reddit:

They have two Absolution spells - one normal and one that does the initial AoE and then a follow-up wave extending out to a larger area. Things in the initial AoE will be hit by both. The bigger one has a 6 second cooldown.

and then later on in the comments....

The version of the skill used by minions has none of the properties related to minion-summoning, it just does damage.

Hey man! :)

tnx for the links! Build won't be done fast but i'll most likely start with the Reaper to experiment along the way.

I have some out of the box idea. Will it be good no clue, but i'm keeping open mind.

Best of luck in 3.15 we will all need it xD
