PSN (PS5) Purchase not showing in game

PlayStation store. I bought the “Delve Core” supporter pack (armour and 550 points, plus other items). Big no-show. No points, no cosmetics. I had received the free PS+ “bundle seven” the same day. Called PlayStation support, went through the script and figured refund and try again would work. Nope. That was about 24 hours ago. Can I get the stuff, or should I refund and keep my cash?

Email support@grindinggear.com. They can't really do anything about this via the forum.

Hi there, ghede70! I'm sorry to hear that this is happening! Are you able to try refreshing your purchases by opening a Supporter Pack purchase window (without completing the purchase) and then return to the game to see if this fixes the issue?

​Could you also please try to exit out of Path of Exile and reboot your console to see if that helps?
