Trouble with synced and followed filters

Synced and followed filters do not show up on my game client. According to filter blade, this may have to do with the special character in my account name.

If the filter shows up there but no inGame, then it's an issue on GGGs side and you should contact them. Right now, they seem to be having issues with account names that contain special symbols.


Any advice on how to fix this?

e-mail GGG support and change your account + char names so you don't uses special symbols.
Support was able to quickly change the account and that fixed the filter issues. Thank you.

If anyone else ever finds they would like to change their account name, please contact us at support@grindinggear.com from the email address associated with the account so that we can look into the request. It is very helpful to include your current account name and the names of 2-3 characters, as well as 2-3 options for what you'd like to use as your account name in case your first choice is unavailable.
