Loot disappears (won't display without ALT)

This issue first occurred for me yesterday, 7/4/21. After dropping, loot that my filter doesn't screen out will be displayed briefly, but then will disappear. If I hold alt to override the loot filter I can see the missing loot, along with all loot that was filtered out. This seems to occur more frequently when several items drop. Additionally, while playing a breach this issue makes the display for clasped hands disappear so that I cannot open them without holding alt and then clicking it (which I can't do with breach monsters attacking).

I have not made any recent changes to the loot filter I was using, or to my settings, apart from keybindings. I tried restarting the game, and then when that didn't work I tried rebooting my system. Unfortunately the issue still occurs. I also tried deleting my7 loot filter and reinstalling it, but this didn't work either.

I have seen this issue reported in the past, but have not been able to find a fix for it. Any advice on what to try next would be greatly appreciated.
