Were do I see my level numbers of the different features in my character such as dexterity?

each point of dexterity gives you 2 accuracy rating, and every 5 points grant 1% increased evasion rating. thats all

Weapons have criterias for what level you must have to equip/wear them, for example regarding dexterity.

In this case a weapon I found display red text meaning my dexterity level overall is to low.

Therefore I need to know what my characters, say dexterity level, is - to know how much more I need to add by different means available in the game.

Also shows on your passive tree where it begins Green(Dex) Red(Str) Blue(Int) so you dont have to fiddle back n forth with Character Sheet(C) and Passive Tree(P).
