Mask of the Spirit Drinker/Stitched Demon shows up when searching "Immortal Ambition".

Please refer to the following search, which searches for all helmets that have the keystone "Immortal Ambition":
https://www.pathofexile.com/trade/search/Ultimatum/DV7oY52u5 Both Mask of the Spirit Drinker and Mask of the Stitched Demon show up despite not having Immortal Ambition. Both items have the "Energy Shield starts at zero" modifier, which is shared with Immortal Ambition, but it does not seem to me like this should be considered the same as the Immortal Ambition keystone since there are other effects that are not the same.
