Cold penetration support tells you as much: "Supports any skill that hits enemies, making those hits penetrate enemy cold resistance." Curses dont hit/dont deal that could penetrate resistances. Clownkrieger did not provide a yes or no answer because your title is slightly ambiguous. "Does frostbite stack with cold penetration supported gem?" "stack" is not a defined keyword within the game, so Clownkrieger read your question in two ways: 1. Does a Frostbite gem supported with Cold Penetration gain the benefits of both? No. That's what Clownkrieger answered in his spoiler. 2. Does using both Frostbite and some other skill supported with Cold Penetration result in more damage than just one or the other? Yes. That's what Clownkrieger answered in his edit. I think it's relatively clear that you're asking for the second one. To be perfectly unamibugous, presume these facts: A. You are using a skill that hits and deals Cold Damage, supported with Level 20 Cold Penetration, which grants penetration of 37% cold resistance. B. You are using Level 20 Frostbite and cannot gain Doom for simplicity's sake, which grants -44% to enemy cold resistance. C. An enemy ordinarily has 50% cold resistance and has no modifiers to curse effect (i.e. is not a boss monster). Then, during damage calculation, the enemy will be treated as having 50% - 37% - 44% = -31% cold resistance, which means that the multiplication to damage taken at the cold resistance step will be 1.31 or 131%. My character is not from here. It's linked from Epic Games launcher. And I created Epic games account though linked though my Google Account so i dont think that possible to show up
