Disconnected failed to connect to instance

Game keeps disconnecting me when I enter certain instances, my internet is working just fine and entering other instances doesn't cause a problem
For example: moving into cavern of anger in act 6 goes into loading and then just returns me to server select screen saying: Disconnected Failed to connect to instance but going into southern forest that doesn't happen, it occured in other regions too. " Go to Options - UI and select "clear cache. Now exit the PoE client and run the packcheck.exe file as "an administrator". Try again after that. |

I can't find packcheck.exe, I am using steam version not standalone and when I try to validate files it says that all files are correct

" ok, then you will properly have to try using a VPN solution and if you then doesn't have the problem, then high chance it's a ISP issue. Also please confirm that you are NOT using a WiFi connection in your home + please post a 300+ packet WinMTR report to an instance IP. What PoE gateway are you using and what others have you tried ? This is my end of playing on poe, I don't get what happened before two days ago the game was fine.

"Disconnected Failed to connect to instance" almost always means that the server instance crashed.

Any new solution for this issue?
I am having no joy on playing the game nowadays. Game crashes more than 50% of the time when traveling. Just wondering how's gonna be when a I start losing maps due to this crap. |

I'm having the same issue nonstop, never had this problem before, i've seen a lot of posts in here about this and not even a single word from GGG about it, i was really looking forward to this league because i like roguelikes but a think this is a no-go, cant even finish the main story withou getting "failed to connect to instance".
