Core Map Boss (Malachai) wouldn't Phase properly

I was doing a Corrupted T14 Core Map. As the boss fight progressed to the 3rd heart, Malachai teleported to the 3rd Heart, and then stopped moving. The 3rd heart never opened and Malachai does nothing. The fight seems to be bricked. https://imgur.com/a/rV7yIWW   Last bumped on Jun 13, 2021, 6:43:10 AM
