Replica Farrul's Fur Primary Buff Problem

Hi,
When using normal Farrul's Fur, a character gains all the charges immediately when entering an area. But when using Replica Farrul's Fur, the character gains all the charges after the Cat's Stealth buff. Because Cat's agility is secondary not primary. Please fix this with making Cat's Agility as primary for Replica Farrul's Fur. I firmly believe it's a bug. Dude....you suggestion will break the item.
The item change the duration of buffs to 4 and 8. Gaining charge at second buff start, mean you have full 10s default charge duration on whole secondary buff, without investing duration modifier. While your suggestion will break the item by only the first 6s of the secondary buff also have charge. This is the start of forum signature: I am not a GGG employee. No, dude this suggestion is not about changing the item actually, but adopting the "aspect of the cat" skill for the Replica Farrul's Fur. We just need a swap for primary/secondary skills for replica item.

The skill is not granted from the chest itself.How hard to just wait 4s? (Otherwise a chest that gave alt cyclone is that what you want? Pretty sure a no from GGG )

4 seconds means everything :) I expect a fair solution between replica and normal item from GGG.
