Chains of Command rework/suggestion

Hello,

First of all, do not consider this post as a complaint.
I am having fun with the current state of the game, played it way too much, but just would like to see some changes that could make (in my opinion) the game better.

The first build that led me to the game was built around Chains of Command and Animate Guardian (AG). I liked it a lot!
Basically, you threw worms on ground using the Writhing Jar and your AG killed them using infernal legion in order to populate an army of its own weapon.
Some cool interactions and restrictions to think about (no other minions, need flasks...). This is the way I like to play PoE.

Unfortunately, this kind of build is no longer viable for endgame content.
Animated Guardian Weapons (AGW) has been nerfed hard (now limited to 14 minions and is no longer aligned with the Animate Weapon spell gem (AW) in term of attack speed and damage). I guess this kind of nerfs was necessary due to new aura stacking capabilities, it became too strong.

But couldn't we find a balance and make Chains of command great (better say usable) again? Encourage build diversity?

Current drawbacks (intentionally did not write problems):

1/
This kind of build (and so Chains of command) can only be viable using Infernal Legion (IL) support gem. If not, AG will not kill enough enemies in order to create its weapon army.
But in order to sustain IL you have to use special support gems (Meat Shield and Elemental Army are needed) as well as "% minion life regeneration" and "% increased minion life" nodes and items.
This lead to have no free link on your AG gem slot.

2/
"Animated Guardian deals 5% increased Damage per Animated Weapon" affix on Chains of command is just unnecessary as you do not want to use your AG to deal damage if you plan to have a weapon army (you need Infernal Legion, so have not enough free gem slot).
And even if you could/would, how would you deal with bosses? You absolutely need your AG to kill enough worms, reach and aggro them. Using Predator skill on each worm every second would be madness.

3/
AGW are weak, have low HP pool. Even with a lot of "% minion life regeneration" and "% increased minion life" and "minion resistance" nodes and items they just cannot survive endgame content. Meat Shield do not even help them to survive and break their AI/purpose.
AG need to constantly kill mobs (you have to have an important life/Writhing Jar) sustain.

4/
AG can just die and on a Chains of command build that mean that a large part of your invest is gone. You cannot recover an early AG death if you just staffed it, I stopped playing 2 leagues due to that.

5/
AG survivability can only rely on "Mask of the Stitched Demon".
And even paying its price, "random AG death" can happen.
Some broken game mechanics just melt your AG, not even giving you 1 second to understand why you are now alone on the battlefield.

Based on these drawbacks, I would suggest to, for example:

1/
Remove "Animated Guardian deals 5% increased Damage per Animated Weapon" on Chains of command or buff it. In its current state it does not serve any purpose.

2/
Make AG death less punishing. Why not add a "Liege of the Primordial" notable on Chains of command, but revisited in order to apply to AG?
Eg: "Summoned Animate Guardian is Resummoned 20 second after being Killed and do not lose its items on death".
You still would need to invest in life/regen/res for your minions or your AG would be constantly dead. It would just prevent "rage quit on random death".
And having no other minions (limited by design by Chains of command) you cannot do anything without your AG, AG death would still be punishing.

3/
Add a little more life to AGW, or escape, or anything to help them survive.
Or remove the 0.05s inner cooldown to make AGW easier to pop using Writhing Jar.

4/
Add an on-hit effect on bosses for the "10% chance to Trigger Level 18 Animate Guardian's Weapon when Animated Weapon Kills an Enemy" or just remove it.

5/
Transform "Trigger Level 20 Animate Guardian's Weapon when Animated Guardian Kills an Enemy" into a granted aura, limiting the capacity of abusing aura stacking (mana reservation). And then make it to apply to player kills as well as AG kills.

That was my 2 cents, hope it can help this amazing game.
What are your thoughts on this item? Does it feel ok for you in its current state?
