PoB missing when in combat options

When i load someone else mde buil there is in configuration options to have you ignite/chilled/shocked an enemy recently.
Then when i load my own character there is not those options.
But builds are identical...
What i have missed?
Currently using 2.3.0 fork pob

those options only display if you have a conditional item/passive that grants them AFAIK to keep the list shorter for modifiers.

Basically if you allocate the node sadist on a cluster jewel all those modifiers will become available, if you imported a character and you don't have those options its because none of your skills change if you've done those things recently.

Edit: looking at your tree you have an 8 passive elemental cluster jewel i'm guessing the PoB you imported has sadist as a node as well or in place of one of the nodes you have on your cluster jewel.
