Binding orbs

Was wondering if it is possible to not have binding orbs override an item that is already six linked. I did not realise this was a thing and ruined my chest I 6 linked trying to use binding as alchemy orbs. Thanks and keep up good work.

Bindings will do their binding thing, so use alchemy orbs if you want to not affect sockets.
