Aisling Double Veil Question

I just hit a double veil from aisling (prefix + suffix) - I only need a veiled suffix, is it possible to unveil one and remove the other? If this is possible, is there any specific order to which they unveil? The suffix is listed before the prefix on the item if that matters.

Many people have said that the first mod listed is always the first one unveiled.

If you trust the words of multiple people on the Internet, you should be good to unveil the first one, then once it's unveiled, make sure you don't click unveil again, then go to crafting bench and remove the veiled prefix.

Thanks for the reply. I bought a double veiled rare with the same order of veiled affixes to test. It does indeed unveil the first one listed and able to remove the second.
